Q: Why do I arrive at the paypal screen?

Something has gone wrong on our end as we dont support paypal anymore. Please let us know and we will fix any issue for you and give you a free firework for the hassle!

Q: Why is there items missing and / or the quantity of items incorrectly listed?

If you have multiple tabs or pages open to our site, there may be multiple shopping carts assigned to your computer. Please review your order with any additional tabs closed, and modify the quantities in your cart by using the +/- buttons or by changing the quantity with your keyboard. Press the refresh button on the right of the quantity box to confirm the new number. If you are still having any problems, please let us know at sales@territorydayfireworks.com.au with your email address & phone number, and we will contact you as soon as we can to help with your order.
